1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

2. Products and health disclaimer

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
• Some pre-workout and thermogenic products contain caffeine or other stimulants. Read every label and follow the recommended serving size.
• Stack quiz results, athlete content and reviews are general information, not medical or training advice. Individual results vary.
• Product images, descriptions and packaging may differ slightly from what you receive. Manufacturers may change formulas or labels without notice.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We may limit or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

4. Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save lets you receive selected products on a recurring schedule at a discount.

• Automatic renewal. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each delivery, at the then-current subscription price plus any applicable shipping and tax, until you cancel.
• Discount. The subscription discount (currently 20%) applies to eligible subscription items only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Reminders. We will email you before each renewal charge and whenever your subscription price or terms change.
• Skip, change or cancel. You can skip a delivery, change products or frequency, or cancel at any time before the next charge date by contacting us at the email below. A cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge; orders already processed cannot be cancelled.
• Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it or pause your subscription.

5. Shipping

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States; a shipping fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

6. Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products may be refunded at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes (for example a welcome offer for newsletter sign-ups) are limited to one per customer unless stated, have no cash value, cannot be applied retroactively, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

8. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

All site content — text, graphics, logos, design and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to scrape it, placing fraudulent orders, or reselling products in violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Binding arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the update; active subscribers will be notified of material changes before their next renewal.
