Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. Your card is processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your full card number or CVV.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed yet, we can change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our returns policy.
How do I use a discount code?
Codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Sign up to our newsletter to get a 15% welcome code.
Shipping & returns
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99, and free on orders of $50 or more. See Shipping for details.
How long will my order take?
We ship within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after that. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship to US addresses only, including APO/FPO/DPO.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products get a full refund of the item price; damaged or wrong items are always covered. See Returns for the full process.
Subscribe & Save
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose the products you use regularly and we send them on a recurring schedule at 20% off. Your card is charged automatically for each delivery until you cancel.
Can I skip, change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time before your next charge date. Email us and we will skip a delivery, change products or frequency, or cancel. We send a reminder before every renewal so nothing arrives unexpectedly.
Does the 20% discount stack with other codes?
The subscription discount applies to subscription items and cannot be combined with other codes unless an offer says otherwise.
Products & safety
How do I choose the right products?
Take our 60-second stack quiz. It asks about your goal, how often you train and the format you prefer, and recommends three products. You can also browse the Pre-Workout, Post-Workout and Daily Essentials collections.
Do your pre-workouts contain caffeine?
Many pre-workout and thermogenic products contain caffeine or other stimulants. Always check the label before buying, avoid combining several stimulant products, and don’t take them close to bedtime.
Are your products vegan or gluten-free?
It depends on the product. Use the Dietary filter in the shop to see items whose manufacturer states they are vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO or sugar-free, and always confirm on the label.
Are supplements safe for me?
Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or managing a medical condition.
