Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number (if you provide one).
- Order details — shipping address, items purchased, subscription preferences and order history.
- Payment information — card details are entered at checkout and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
- Quiz answers — your training goal, training frequency and preferred format, used to recommend products.
- Communications — messages you send to customer support and any product reviews you submit.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location and pages viewed.
- Shopping cart contents and site preferences, stored in your browser’s local storage so your cart is kept between visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics and advertising (see Section 6).
2. How we use your information
- Process and ship orders, and handle returns and refunds.
- Manage Subscribe & Save orders, including renewal reminders and billing for each delivery.
- Generate stack recommendations from your quiz answers.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates and service messages.
- Send marketing emails and SMS messages, only where you have opted in.
- Prevent fraud, secure the site and comply with legal obligations.
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve products and content.
3. Email and SMS marketing
If you check the consent boxes in our sign-up forms, we will send you marketing emails and/or recurring automated marketing text messages to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Email: unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
- SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember whether you have seen our sign-up popup, measure traffic and support advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the cart, may not work properly without them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado or the EU/UK), you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising;
- receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

8. Health information
Our products are dietary supplements. Quiz answers about training goals are used only to recommend products and are not treated as medical information. Please do not send us medical records or detailed health conditions through the site.
9. Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and a third-party payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by email.
